C.O.D.  ( Collection on Delivery)

This website does not possess a merchant account which allows customers to use their credit cards when purchasing on-line.  Instead, I offer C.O.D. as a payment option.  It's simple, easy to do and eliminates the concerns of on-line credit card fraud.

Payments are by Money Order which are made payable to:    Lookfab   
Please provide the money order to the delivery driver at the time your package is being delivered.   Also, you can track your package with the tracking number that is e-mailed to you after your package has been shipped.  This will help give you an estimated day of arrival. 

C.O.D.'s can be delivered to your home, office, or even a neighbor where the delivery driver can receive payment upon delivery.   UPS will usually make three attempts to deliver before returning the package to sender.

Packages can also be retrieved by the customer at a UPS facility if they feel they are not available at time of delivery.  The customer will be responsible for contacting UPS using their tracking number to make alternate arrangements to retrieve their package.  UPS will only hold packages up to 5 business days, after which they will return package to sender.

For packages that are not accepted and have been returned to sender, that customer will be placed on a "no ship" list. Lookfab will reserve the right to refuse business from those customers and therefore any future orders placed, will be subject to cancellation.  Ordering from Lookfab can be re-established if the customer mails payment to pay for the cost of shipping for the returned package.   This payment will need to be received prior to placing a new order.
